The DCNSEV30-C is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, with a 30A continuous current rating and 900VDC voltage rating. It features a 24V DC nominal coil voltage (18-28V DC operating range), SPST-NO contact configuration, and an IP67-sealed, gas-filled housing to mitigate arcing. The relay has a compact size of 54mm x 40mm x 45mm, bottom-mounted via M4 bolts with a torque of 2.3 Nm, and uses M5 silver-plated copper load terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. It meets UL File No. E510407 recognition and is manufactured under IATF16949 certification. Mechanical life is rated at 200,000 cycles.
