The DCNLM400NB48-01 is a 60V DC maximum, normally open, single-pole single-throw contactor relay with a 400A continuous current rating and a 48V dual-coil configuration. It features non-polarized main contacts, side-mount installation, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. The relay has an electrical life of 6,000 cycles at 48V DC and a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. Coil pickup voltage is 33.6V DC, dropout voltage is 4V DC, and hold current is 0.1A at 25°C. Dielectric strength is 1000V AC, and insulation resistance is ≥50MΩ at 500V DC. Terminal torque for main contacts is 6~8N·m, with coil terminal torque specified at 1.7~2.5N·m. It is rated for IP40 ingress protection.
