The DCNLM400NB12 is a 60V DC maximum, normally open, single-pole single-throw contactor relay with a 400A continuous current rating and a 12V dual-coil system. It features non-polarized main contacts rated for 48V DC operation, side mounting, and a mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. The relay has a coil pickup voltage of 8.4V DC, a dropout voltage of 1V DC, a hold current of 0.77A at 25°C, and coil power consumption of 9.5W at 25°C. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, meets IP40 ingress protection, and has a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000V AC. Main contact voltage drop is ≤50mV at 100A. The terminal torque for main contacts is 15-18N·m, coil terminals require 1.7-2.5N·m, and mounting uses an M6 bolt.
