The DCNLEV50-EAS is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a 48 V DC nominal coil (33-52 V DC operating range), side mount, polarized load terminals, and an SPST-NO auxiliary circuit. It has a 50 A continuous current rating, 750 V DC voltage rating, and is sealed to IP67 with a nylon UL 94-V0 housing. The device operates from -40 °C to 85 °C, measures 46 mm x 58 mm x 41 mm, and is mounted using M4 bolts with a torque of 2.3 Nm. Contact terminals are M5 silver-plated copper, with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. The auxiliary contacts support up to 2 A at 30 V DC or 3 A at 125 V AC. It is UL recognized under File No. E510407 and manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
