The DCNLEV50-CSN is a high current, high voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features a side mount, non-polarized load terminals, and a 24 V DC nominal coil with a working range of 16-28 V DC. The device has a 50 A continuous current rating and a 750 V DC voltage rating, with SPST-NO contacts and IP67 ingress protection. It is housed in a nylon UL 94-V0 enclosure, measures 46 mm x 58 mm x 41 mm, and mounts with M4 bolts at 2.3 Nm torque. The terminals are M5 silver-plated copper. Certified to UL File No. E510407 and designed under IATF16949, it operates from -40 to 85°C and has an electrical life of 200,000 cycles. An auxiliary contact (1 Form A) carries up to 2 A at 30 V DC or 3 A at 125 V AC.
