The DCNLEV50-CN is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a bottom mounting style and non-polarized load terminals. It has a continuous current rating of 50 A and a voltage rating of 750 V DC, with a 24 V DC nominal coil voltage operating range of 16-28 V DC. The device is sealed to IP67, uses a gas-filled chamber to mitigate arcing, and includes an auxiliary contact rated for 2 A at 30 V DC or 3 A at 125 V AC. It is mounted using M4 bolts with a torque of 2.3 Nm and measures 46 mm x 58 mm x 41 mm. The contact terminals are M5 silver-plated copper with a torque specification of 3.4-4.5 Nm.
