The DCNLEV50-CAS is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 50 A continuous carry and 750 VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features a side-mount configuration, polarized load terminals, and includes a single-pole, single-throw (SPST-NO) auxiliary circuit rated for 2 A at 30 VDC or 3 A at 125 VAC. The coil is rated for 24 VDC nominal with a working range of 16-28 VDC, drawing 250 mA maximum inrush current. The device is sealed to IP67, operates from -40 to 85°C, and has a mounting size of 46 mm × 58 mm × 41 mm with M4 mounting holes and a torque specification of 2.3 Nm. Terminals are M5 silver-plated copper, and the contactor meets UL File No. E510407 recognition and is manufactured under IATF16949. Mechanical life is rated at 200,000 cycles.
