The DCNLEV50-BSN is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a 50 A continuous current rating and 750 V DC voltage rating. It has a side-mount configuration with non-polarized load terminals and an SPST NO contact arrangement. The device is housed in Nylon UL 94-V0, certified to IP67 ingress protection, and operates from -40 to 85°C. It uses a 12 V DC nominal coil (8-16 V DC working range) with a maximum inrush current of 461 mA. The contactor measures 46 mm × 58 mm × 41 mm and is mounted using M4 bolts with a torque of 2.3 Nm. Terminals are M5 silver-plated copper with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. It is UL Recognized (File No. E510407) and manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
