The DCNLEV50-BS is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, featuring a 12 V DC nominal coil (8-16 V DC working range) and polarized load terminals with M5 silver-plated copper connections. It has a continuous current rating of 50 A and a voltage rating of 750 V DC, with a side-mount configuration and a compact size of 46 mm × 58 mm × 41 mm. The relay is sealed to IP67, uses a gas-filled chamber to suppress arcing, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to 85°C. It meets UL File No. E510407 recognition and is manufactured under IATF16949 certification. Mounting requires 2.3 Nm torque, and contact torque is specified between 3.4 and 4.5 Nm.
