The DCNLEV100-EAS is a side-mounted, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications, rated for 100A continuous carry and 750V DC. It features a 48V DC nominal coil (33-52V DC operating range), polarized load terminals, and an auxiliary contact rated for 2A at 30V DC or 3A at 125V AC. The device has an IP67 ingress protection rating, operates from -40 to 85°C, and is sealed with a gas-filled chamber to mitigate arcing. It measures 46mm x 53mm x 53mm and uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm and mounting torque of 2.3 Nm. The contactor is UL recognized (File No. E510407) and manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
