The DCNLEV100-CS is a side-mounted, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous carry and 750VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features polarized load terminals, a 24V DC nominal coil voltage (16-28V DC working range), and SPST-NO contacts. The device has an IP67 ingress protection rating, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and is sealed with a gas-filled chamber to mitigate arcing. It measures 46mm x 53mm x 53mm and is mounted using M4 bolts with a torque of 2.3 Nm. Terminals are M5 silver-plated copper with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm. The relay is recognized under UL File No. E510407 and manufactured under IATF16949 certification.
