The DCNLEV100-CAN is a high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay for electric vehicle and industrial applications, with a 24V DC nominal coil (16-28V DC working), non-polarized load terminals, and a bottom mount. It carries 100A continuously at 750V DC, operates from -40 to 85°C, and is sealed to IP67. It features an auxiliary contact rated for 2A at 30V DC or 3A at 125V AC, with a contact resistance of 0.417Ω at 30V DC. The unit measures 46mm x 53mm x 53mm, uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals, and requires 3.4-4.5 Nm contact torque and 2.3 Nm mounting torque. Mechanical life is 200,000 cycles. It is UL recognized (E510407) and manufactured under IATF16949.
