The DCNLEV100-BSN is a side-mounted, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous carry and 750VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features non-polarized load terminals, IP67 ingress protection, and an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. The relay uses M5 silver-plated copper terminals with a contact torque of 3.4-4.5 Nm and is mounted with M4 bolts at 2.3 Nm. It has a SPST-NO contact arrangement, with a coil voltage rating of 12V DC nominal (8-16V DC working), a max coil inrush current of 461mA, and a coil resistance of 26 Ω at 20°C. Mechanical life is rated at 200,000 cycles, and it meets UL File No. E510407 recognition. The device is sealed with gas-fill to mitigate arcing and weighs 0.19 kg, with dimensions of 46mm x 53mm x 53mm.
