The DCNLEV100-BS is a side-mount, high-current, high-voltage DC contactor relay rated for 100A continuous carry and 750VDC, designed for electric vehicle and industrial applications. It features polarized load terminals, SPST-NO contact configuration, and a sealed IP67-rated housing with a gas-filled chamber to mitigate arcing. The device has a 12V DC nominal coil voltage (8-16V DC operating range), with a maximum coil inrush current of 461mA. It operates from -40°C to +85°C, weighs 0.19 kg, and measures 46mm x 53mm x 53mm. Mounting is secured with M4 bolts at 2.3 Nm torque, and load terminals are M5 silver-plated copper with a torque specification of 3.4-4.5 Nm. The contactor meets UL File No. E510407 and is manufactured under IATF16949 certification. Auxiliary contacts are not included in this variant.
