The DCNHR Series is a normally open, resin-housed DC contactor relay rated for up to 900V DC and continuous currents from 20A to 500A, designed for automotive and industrial applications. The DCNHR40PF24-01 variant provides 40A contact switching with a 24V nominal coil voltage, bottom mounting, and main contact terminals featuring an internal thread. It includes a permanently sealed contact chamber with arc-extinguishing magnets, an energy-saving PWM coil option available in higher-current models, and an IP67 rating for main contacts. The relay is RoHS compliant, meets UL E47258 recognition and CE EN 60947-4-1:2018 standards, and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
