Thanks, in part, to a hermetically sealed, ceramic arc chamber, the DCNEVT500 1800V 500A High-Voltage DC Contactor Relay is an ideal choice for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), circuit protection, battery switch disconnect, and main transfer switch applications.The high-voltage, single-pole contactor also features a dual coil economizer that reduces power and heating after the contactor is energized.
