Featuring a ceramic arc chamber that enables a high contact voltage capability, the DCNEVT400 Series 1800V 400A High-Voltage DC Contactor Relay is designed for electric vehicle (EV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), circuit protection, battery switch, and main power break applications. The contact chamber of this single-pole, single-throw (SPST), normally open (NO) contactor is hermetically sealed to protect all moving parts.The DCNEVT400 Series electric vehicle contactor also features a coil economizer that reduces coil power and heating after the contactor is energized.
