Littelfuse offers three new automotive-grade rectifier diodes in SOD-123FL package extending the power diode discrete portfolio. These devices are D60X7S4ARP, D6001S4ARP, and D6002S4ARP. They withstand reverse voltage of 600 V, and the forward current rating is 0.7 A, 1 A, and 2 A respectively. These silicon rectifiers have glass-passivated junctions, providing stable operation. They are assembled in a small-size SOD-123FL package which is ideal for automated assembly. All devices feature PPAP-3.
