The CPC2014N is a dual single-pole normally open solid state relay with optically coupled MOSFET outputs, designed for low-power switching in security, instrumentation, and medical isolation applications. It is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package measuring 9.347 mm in length, 6.096 mm in width, and 2.184 mm in height, with a lead pitch of 1.27 mm. The device supports a 60 V blocking voltage and 400 mA continuous load current, with a maximum on-resistance of 2 Ω. It provides 1500 V rms input-to-output isolation, features no EMI/RFI generation, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The relay is UL recognized (File E76270) and certified to TUV EN 62368-1. It is classified as MSL 3 for moisture sensitivity and is ESD sensitive per JESD-625.
