The CPC1981Y is a 1-Form-A solid state relay with optically coupled MOSFET outputs, designed for high-reliability switching applications requiring 2500V input-to-output isolation. It is packaged in a 4-pin Power SIP format with dimensions of 10.16mm x 5.08mm and handles a continuous load current of 0.18A rms at up to 1000V blocking voltage. The device has a maximum on-resistance of 18Ω, turn-on time of 10ms, and turn-off time of 5ms. It is UL 508 recognized, CSA certified, and meets EN IEC 62368-1 standards. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The part is not for new designs.
