The CPC1976YX6 is a 4-pin power SIP package AC solid state switch with dual SCR outputs for non-zero-cross turn-on control of AC loads up to 2 A rms. It features 600 V peak blocking voltage, 3750 V rms isolation between input and output, and a 5 mA minimum input current for activation. The device has an on-state voltage drop of 1.25 V at 2 A, a surge current capability of 20 A, and operates from -40 °C to +85 °C. It is UL recognized, CSA certified, and complies with EN IEC 62368-1. The package has a creepage distance of 0.125 inch on output pins.
