The CPC1966BX8 is an AC solid state switch with dual power SCR outputs, designed for rapid non-zero-cross turn-on control of AC loads up to 3 A rms at 20-240 V rms. It features 800 V blocking voltage, 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation, and a 5 mA minimum input control current. The device is housed in an 8-pin power SOIC package with a creepage distance of 5.7 mm and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is UL recognized (File E69938) and CSA certified (Certificate 1172007).
The OptoMOS® line of Rapid Turn-On AC Power Relays utilize dual power SCR outputs and provide blocking voltages of up to 800V.
