The CPC1943GSTR is a 6-pin surface mount optically isolated AC solid state switch with a 400 V blocking voltage and 500 mA RMS load current capability. It features zero-crossing detection for low EMI switching, 3750 V RMS input-to-output isolation, and operates with a 5 mA input control current. The device is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C and is certified as a UL 508 and CSA component. It is supplied in a 1000-unit reel for automated assembly.
