The CPC1918J is a single-pole, normally open solid state relay designed for AC and DC load switching, using optically coupled MOSFET technology with 2500V rms input-to-output isolation. It is packaged in an ISOPLUS-264 case, measuring 26.162 mm in length, 19.914 mm in width, and 18.034 mm in height, with a unique Direct Copper Bond ceramic substrate that provides low thermal impedance. The relay handles up to 13A rms continuous load current with a 5°C/W heat sink and has a maximum on-resistance of 0.1 Ω. It blocks up to 100V and operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. The device meets UL 508 and EN IEC 62368-1 safety standards and has a thermal impedance from junction to case of 0.3 °C/W.
