The CPC1906Y is a single-pole, normally open, solid state relay using OptoMOS technology for 60V blocking voltage and 2A rms / DC load current capacity. It features a 4-pin Power SIP package with mechanical dimensions of 10.16mm x 5.08mm and 2500V rms input/output isolation. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 0.3 Ω and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is certified as a UL 508 Component (File E69938), CSA Component (Certificate 1172007), and complies with EN IEC 62368-1 (TUV Certificate B 082667 0008).
