The CPC1540G is a single-pole, normally open solid state relay in a 6-pin DIP package, designed for telephony hook switch and similar wireline interface applications. It features integrated current limiting and thermal shutdown, with a maximum load voltage of 350 V and a continuous load current of 120 mA RMS/DC. The device offers 3750 V RMS input/output isolation, an on-resistance of up to 25 Ω, and a turn-on control current of 2 mA. It is UL recognized and CSA certified, with an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The package dimensions are 7.62 mm in width and 9.14 mm in length, with a pin pitch of 2.54 mm.
