Littelfuse, Inc. Bidirectional normally open output CPC1330

The CPC1330 is a bidirectional, normally open solid state relay with a 350 V RMS blocking voltage and a 120 mA RMS / DC load current, designed for low-power switching in instrumentation, data acquisition, and industrial control applications. It features a 5000 V RMS input-to-output isolation barrier and uses an optically coupled MOSFET output with a maximum on-resistance of 30 Ω. The device is available in a 4-pin DIP or surface-mount package, with a typical turn-on time of 2 ms and turn-off time of 1 ms. It is UL 1577 recognized, CSA certified, and meets EN 62368-1.
