The CPC1215G is a voltage-controlled, single-pole, normally open solid-state relay with a 4-pin DIP package, designed for applications requiring 3750 V rms input-to-output isolation. It supports a maximum blocking voltage of 400 V and a continuous load current of 500 mA rms DC, with a maximum on-resistance of 6 Ω. The device operates with an input control voltage range of 5 to 12 V and exhibits turn-on and turn-off times of up to 5 ms and 3 ms respectively.
