The CPC1035N is a single-pole, normally-open solid state relay with a 350 V blocking voltage and 100 mA RMS load current capacity, designed for low-power switching in telecommunications, medical equipment, and instrumentation. It features a 4-pin SOP package measuring 3.81 mm x 6.10 mm with a height of 0.80 mm, and provides 1500 V RMS input-to-output isolation using optically coupled MOSFET technology. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 35 Ω, turn-on time of 2 ms, and turn-off time of 1 ms, and operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is UL recognized, CSA certified, and complies with TUV EN 62368-1, carries an MSL 3 moisture sensitivity rating, and is ESD sensitive per JESD-625.
