The CPC1004N is a 100V, 300mA single-pole normally-open solid-state relay using optically coupled MOSFET technology, designed for low-voltage DC switching applications. It is packaged in a 4-pin SOP with dimensions of 4.089mm length, 3.810mm width, and 0.60mm height, and provides 1500V rms input-to-output isolation. The relay has a maximum on-resistance of 4Ω, a turn-on time of 3ms, and a turn-off time of 1ms under specified conditions. It operates from -40°C to +110°C and meets UL, CSA, and TÜV EN 62368-1 safety approvals. The device is classified as MSL 3 for moisture sensitivity and requires ESD handling per JESD-625.
