The 1Ch 30kV 5V Uni TVS Diode Array from Littelfuse is designed for effective protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surge events. It features a bidirectional configuration and is housed in a compact SOD323 package, suitable for 0805 footprints. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, ensuring reliability in automotive applications, and is compliant with RoHS standards, being halogen-free and lead-free. This TVS diode array can absorb peak currents of up to 30A as per IEC 61000-4-5 standards without performance degradation, and it withstands ESD levels of ±30kV for both contact and air discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2.
