The AF0100-00 is an arc-flash relay designed to detect arc flashes using light sensors and trip circuit breakers within 5 ms to limit damage. It accepts PGA-LS10 point sensors and PGA-LS20/LS30 fiber-optic sensors, with programmable light sensitivity from 10 to 25 klux. The relay operates on 100-240 V ac/V dc or 24-48 V dc, features two isolated Form-C trip contacts rated at 250 V ac/30 V dc, 6 A resistive, and is mounted on DIN rail or surface-mounted. Its dimensions are 90 mm high, 128 mm wide, and 60 mm deep. The unit includes LED indicators for sensor health and trip status, self-diagnostic monitoring, and operates from -40 °C to +70 °C. It is UL Listed (UL 508), CE marked, RCM compliant, and FCC Class A certified. The relay includes a solid-state redundant trip circuit and supports interconnection with other AF0100 or AF0500 units.
