The FlexMod Electronic Voltage Sensing Relay & Timer monitors battery voltage and ignition status to shut down non-critical loads when the cutoff voltage is reached or after a set time following ignition turn-off. It is auto-ranging for 12V or 24V systems and provides simultaneous voltage and time-based protection. The unit has a 10A load current rating at 85°C, a 1mA quiescent current, and overcurrent protection at 15A. It includes a factory-standard key-off timer of 15 minutes, operates from -40°C to +85°C, and is sealed to IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress. Dimensions are 4.0" x 2.70" x 1.31". The dealer-programmable version allows customization of voltage, time, and current limits. It is rated for over 1,000,000 on-off cycles and is designed for reliable use in commercial vehicles.
