The U441 TO-71 6L is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier in a TO-71 package, designed for high common-mode rejection and low gate leakage. It features a maximum power dissipation of 500mW at 25°C, a gate-to-source breakdown voltage of -25V, and a gate leakage current of ≤1pA. The device exhibits a common-mode rejection ratio of ≥85dB and a differential gate-to-source cutoff voltage matching of 20mV at 25°C. Operating junction and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +150°C. The TO-71 package has a through-hole mounting style with six leads.
