The U403 is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier in a TO-71 package, designed for low noise and low drift applications. It features a maximum gate-to-source voltage of 50V, a power dissipation of 300mW per side at 25°C, and a typical transconductance of 1000µS at 200µA drain current. The device exhibits a typical input voltage noise of 6nV/√Hz at 10Hz and a gate-source drift of 25µV/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The TO-71 package measures 0.335 inches in length and has six leads.
