Linear Systems JFETs PN4117 TO-92 3L ROHS

The PN4117 is an N-channel JFET amplifier designed for ultra-high input impedance applications with gate-source breakdown voltage of -40 V and maximum total device dissipation of 300 mW. It is packaged in a TO-92 case with dimensions of 4.04 mm length, 2.80 mm width, and 1.40 mm height. The device features gate reverse current below 10 pA at 25°C and -10 V gate-source bias, and transconductance ranging from 80 to 650 µS at 1 kHz. The part meets RoHS compliance and is suitable for low-power, low-leakage amplifier circuits. It is interchangeable between source and drain due to symmetrical geometry.
