The LS845 TO-71 6L RoHS is a monolithic dual N-channel JFET amplifier designed for low-noise precision applications. It is housed in a TO-71 6L through-hole metal package. The part features a maximum gate-to-source voltage of 60V, a total power dissipation of 400mW at 25°C, and an input capacitance of up to 8pF. It exhibits a maximum offset voltage of 15mV and a temperature drift of 25µV/°C. The device provides a typical voltage noise of 3.0nV/√Hz at 1kHz and a common-mode rejection ratio of 85dB to 100dB.
