Linear Systems JFETs J177 TO-92 3L

The J/SST177 is a single P-channel JFET switch for low-current switching applications, available in a TO-92 3L package. It has a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 30V, continuous power dissipation of 350mW, and an on-resistance of up to 300Ω at VGS = 0V and VDS = -0.1V. The gate cutoff voltage ranges from 0.8V to 2.25V, and the drain saturation current ranges from -1.5mA to -30mA. Gate operating current is 0.01nA, with gate reverse current under 1nA at 20V. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 135°C. Turn-on time is 10ns and turn-off time is 10ns under specified switching conditions.
