Description
The QCK6 product consists of a infrared light emitting
diode coupled to an NPN silicon photodarlington packaged
in a metal housing. The package is designed for
surface mount applications where extreme temperatures
are experienced during solder reflow. The gap
between emitter and detector side is 4mm wide and the
leads are formed to sit flush on the PCB during solder
reflow.
