The Moto-Tugger LT is a highly maneuverable electric tugger suitable for numerous ergonomic material handling applications. The maneuverability of the tugger is due to two core features of the Moto-Tugger LT. It's heavy duty transaxle drive allows for the tugger to easily rotate in a fixed position while the rear support casters require no effort from the operator. In addition, the tugger features a 180 degree articulating tow arm useful for pushing or pulling certain cart designs at varying angles. If articulation of the arm is not needed, it can be disabled with the supplied locking pin. Numerous standard hitch designs are available for the universal mounting plate as well as custom designed hitches.
State of the maintenance free batteries is easily checked with a conveniently located battery discharge indicator. To charge the unit, simply turn the unit off using the key switch and plug in the retractable cord of the onboard automatic charger. The ergonomic handle features variable speed controls which allows for precise positioning of tugged carts. When the tugger is not in motion, an automatic mechanical brake is applied to ensure the unit does not roll. Combined with a belly bump reversing switch, the Moto-Tugger LT can be safely operated in even tight spaces.
Ergonomic Handle
With infinitely variable speed operation for tight turning in close quarters, safety reversing switch and horn.
Battery Gauge

Hitches
Frame Grab Hitch Standard On LT
Designed for carts with angle, tube or pipe frames up to 1" in diameter. The tugger is manually tilted down to engage the hitch to the cart. No recieving hitch has to be installed on the cart. Not for use with ramps.
Pin Style Hitch Standard
By unscrewing the eye bolt a few turns, the top securing plate may be moved allowing the pin to be engaged with a cart with a suitable recieving hitch installed on it. The eye bolt itself may also be used for towing.
Pintle Ball Hitch Optional
Ideally suited for trailers and carts that have a traditional ball hitch or a tow bar with a ring attachment. Hitching to the trailer or cart is made secure by moving the lock down bar into position over the pintle ball.
Power Hitch Optional
For carts with angle, tube or pipe frames up to 1" in diameter. A simple push of a button on the control handle raises and lowers the grab hitch to engage the cart. Improves towing capacity due to weight transfer.
