For the largest tanks (up to 50' in diameter) and the most difficult cleaning applications, Lechler offers the M20, a 360° gear-driven high impact tank cleaning machine with quality and reliability built into every model. The M20: * Does not require high feed pressures. * Has no external power source, runs on liquid pressure. * Systematically sweeps the entire tank interior. * Is built to withstand long use and aggressive liquids.The M20 comes in either a two- or four-nozzle configuration to blast the tank walls and rinse all surfaces. Unlike other Lechler tank washers which can cover an interior instantaneously, the M20 requires a minimum elapsed time to ensure that it passes through its full cycle and covers the entire tank interior. The number of cycles required to clean a tank depends upon the tank size and cleaning difficulty of the application. Cycle time is affected by the number of nozzles on the M20 and the operating inlet fluid pressure.With regular maintenance, the M20 should last for years and years. Replacement parts are available from Lechler if your staff prefers to maintain the unit themselves, or the unit can be sent back to Lechler for maintenance, to be quickly returned to your location.
