Where quick installation and convenience are required, it's hard to beat the Easy Clip plastic nozzle.To install just drill a hole in the pipe and latch the nozzle in place with a positive locking stainless steel spring clip. All it takes is a 21/32" hole. No half couplings, weldments or threaded holes required.Nozzle bases and clips are designed for 1", 11/4", 11/2" and 2" pipe of metal or plastic. The large swivel base allows 45° direction control for precise spray coverage. An o-ring gasket eliminates waste from leakage at pressures to 125 psi.Pop-in ball design holds the nozzle in place while you screw on the retaining ring for one-hand installation. Removal is just as quick, with no tools required.Polypropylene construction resists most acids and caustics. Maximum operating temperature: 180°F (82°C). PVDF is also available for most severe environments.Standard seal materials are EPDM with Viton available if requested.

This flat fan ball nozzle swivels in any direction for precise adjustment of the spray direction. Optional accessories include a retaining nut into which the ball-type nozzle fits; and either a 3/8" socket or a welding nipple which connects to the inlet source and to which the retaining nut with the nozzle connects. No gaskets are necessary for this assembly, which is designed for long service life.
