Lechler, Inc. ACCUClean Tank Cleaning Nozzle/Sprayballs 519. 373. 7T

Description
The ACCUClean Tank Cleaning nozzle is a gear-driven unit but sized with our existing free spinning products. The key features are: * Operates effectively at pressures from 20 to 150 psi * Slow rotation reduces atomization for higher washing impact * Contains a positive gear drive mechanism to provide even rotation * Inexpensive and compact for a unit with these featuresThis unit uses an internal turbine and a simple gear train to turn the head. It does not use reaction force like the regular Whirling or Gyro nozzles. There are only three moving parts held in place by sophisticated plastic bearings. We recommend the use of a 200 mesh line strainer to ensure smooth operation of the gear train. The materials used in the construction of the gear box/race assembly include 316L stainless steel and special bearing grades of PEEK.The turbine configuration tends to flatten the flow vs. pressure curve more so than with conventional tank washers. Consequently increasing the pressure does not force the flow to increase by the same factors.
