If your budget is tight but you still want the cleaning power of a rotating tank washer, the PVDF Mini-Whirling nozzle is for you. Using precision-molded PVDF, this tiny unit can clean kegs, drums and small tanks 3-5' in diameter with minimal amounts of solution. In addition to a 360º coverage model, there are also models for 180º up or 180º down coverage. The slippery bearing surface allows the unit to spin with pressure as low as 5 psi, and it operates in any position.This nozzle's PVDF construction tolerates a wide range of cleaners and solvents, even at high temperatures. The low flow rates don't offer the same brute cleaning power of our larger models, but they still offer more thorough coverage than static spray balls.
