The Magnalight LEDP10W-60ET-DBM-I LED Light Bar offers high light output and extreme durability combined with a versatile trunnion and double ball joint mount with magnetic base. The magnetic base provides 200 lbs of magnetic grip while a double ball joint and trunnion mount provides the operator with the ability to adjust the unit to a wide variety of positions while mounted. This LED light emitter bar light runs on 110VAC provided by an included inline power transformer. The LEDP10W-60ET-DBM-I LED light bar from Magnalight produces 5,160 lumens of light while drawing only 60 watts @5 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Six CREE XLamp MC-E® ten watt LEDs producing 860 lumens each are paired with high purity optics to produce a 15 degree spread spot beam approximately 525’ long by 80’ in width. These LEDP10W series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 46VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on commercial boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical. The LED lights with the ‘E’ part number designation are designed for extreme durability and are larger and heavier than the standard LEDP10W series lights and are nearly twice as heavy as their standard counterparts. These units can withstand rapid temperature changes of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from thick extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The CREE XLamp MC-E® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. We recommend these LED lights for high stress - high vibratory conditions, high humidity climates, very cold areas and rough saltwater conditions. Adjustable Mounting: A magnetic base with a 200 lb grip temporarily secures this unit to various metallic surfaces while a double ball joint mount allows 360 degrees of rotation and 140 degrees of tilt. To adjust this LED unit simply loosen the thumb bolt located on the side of unit, position the light head as desired, then retighten the thumb screw. The light head can be further adjusted by loosening the thumb screws on either side of the light head and moving the light head through 270 degrees of vertical tilt. This mounting system will hold the unit securely in place, even under rough working or driving conditions, and provides an extreme level of placement versatility.
