The Magnalight LEDLB-21-3C LED Light Bar offers high light output in a light weight, durable, low profile housing combined with versatile mounting and power options. This IP67 rated LED light bar is waterproof to one meter and produces 1750 lumens while drawing only 21 watts of power @1.6amps from a 12 volt electrical system. This light produces a very tight spot pattern, can run on any voltage from 9 to 32 volts and provides a rugged lighting solution ideal for use in marine environments, industrial and commercial applications, machine vision system lighting, heavy equipment illumination, vehicle lighting and law enforcement. The LEDLB-21-3C LED light bar from Magnalight produces a 575' long by 45' wide light beam with 1750 lumens of bright light while drawing only 21 watts @1.6 amps from a 12 volt electrical system. Seven Edison Edixeon® Emitters containing CREE EZBright® three watt LEDs producing 180 lumens each are paired with high purity 10 degree optics to produce a tightly focused spot beam with limited spread or light spillage. Unlike other LED spots, this unit is not a wide spot. The beam on this fixture is so tight, it resembles the pattern of an HID spot (not distance-wise). This fixture is ideal for anyone who is looking for a tight spot light that offers a outstanding life hours of 50,000+. We also offer optional floodlight versions with 35 degree optics to produce a wider beam spread approximately 80' long by 70' feet wide, making flood versions ideal for use as work and area lights. These LED light bars are IP67 rated and waterproof to one meter, sealed against intrusion by dust and dirt and ruggedly constructed to withstand demanding environments and applications. The entire Magnalight LEDLB series are constructed of extruded aluminum and feature rubber isolated mounts and unbreakable polycarbonate lenses to provide durability and resistance to vibrations, impacts, waves, hard rains, sand and high winds. Heat Management: Heat is the single largest factor in premature LED failure and color shifting. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED light bars utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating fin design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Edison Edixeon® Emitters. The end result is more light and longer LED life with higher average lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels ranging from 9 to 42 VDC. These LEDLB series light bars can operate on current ranging from 9 to 42 VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and stand alone applications such as those found on boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum, the hardware is stainless steel and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The Edixeon® LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and vibrations, contributing to these units 15.6Grms rating of vibration tolerance. Mounting: These LEDLB light bars feature a smaller profile and lighter weight than our LEDLB-E extreme series lights, making them ideal for use in locations where traditional lights cannot fit or would block other mounted equipment. Magnalight LEDLB-21-3C light bars are equipped standard with stainless steel u-brackets which slide over the housing and allows users to adjust the light vertically once mounted. The lights are mounted simply by sliding the single mounting stud into pre-drilled or user drilled 1/4" holes and securing the stud with a nylock nut.
