M Single LED Strobing Beacon works on 12 to 48 volts DC, offers a choice of colors and is equipped with a magnetic mount and cigarette plug to allow easy mounting on vehicles.
This compact, Generation 3 LED beacon contains an LED lamp assembly that produces 360° of brilliant light without the dark spots or uneveness of traditional incandescent beacon lights. This LED beacon is available in a choice of white, blue, amber or red colors, and includes a 5 inch diameter magnetic mount and 16 feet of cord ending in a standard cigarette plug. This magnetic base and cord allows this unit to be easily mounted, removed, and switched between vehicles, or mounted to any flat metallic surface where a cigarette plug is available.
This magetic mount LED beacon has triple, quad, double and fast single flash modes that flash at approximately 109 flashes per minute. A rocker switch built into the plug allows users to turn the unit on and off without removing the plug. This waterproof and shock resistant beacon has a black coated base and fully potted circuit board topped off with an LED assembly protected by a polycarbonite lens cover that is designed to efficiently distribute the flash over a 360 degree radius.
The colors of this unit are produced by color specific LEDs rather than a colored lens. This increases the effectiveness and reliability of the unit as there is no chance of lens discoloration and no loss of output due to lens dissipation. This LED beacon draws less than 1/4 amps on 12 volts and can be operated with 12 to 48 volt DC current. This unit generates a superior signal in an extremely small, durable package.
