The LED10W-1S-BMK LED Light is designed with a tubular rail mount and included battery pack to allow operation on bicycles, ATV's and other vehicles and provides 800 lumens of light with a 2 hour and 15 minute runtime.. This ultra compact LED light is extremely durable and is ideal for hiking, trailblazing, mounting biking, and various other outdoor activities. The 10 watt LED light emitter in this unit produces 800 lumens of bright light while drawing only 10 watts @1/4 amp. A single CREE XLamp® 10 watt LED producing 800 lumens is combined with high purity optics to produce a 10 degree spread spot beam approximately 225’ long by 25’ in width. We also offer floodlight versions with a 35 degree beam spread to provide more light over a larger area nearer the fixture, resulting in a flood beam approximately 65' long by 45' wide. This particular unit is ultra compact at only 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall, by 2.5 inches deep and includes a rechargeable battery pack that provides 2 hours and 15 minutes of runtime. The mounting system on the LED10W-1S-BMK is designed to allow the unit to be mounted to tubular rails like those used with bicycle handlebars. This mount will fit tubes and tubular rails .8 to 1.2 inches in diameter and allows the user to pivot the light in either direction for precise aiming of the light beam. This LED light includes the battery pack and a 16 foot coil cord with Deutsch connectors to allow simple mounting and easy and secure connection. This light is weatherproof, IP68 rated waterproof, can be operated on voltages of 9-50VDC and is ruggedly designed to withstand the vibrations, shocks and impacts associated with mountain biking and trail riding. As a result, many manufacturers reduce the output of their LEDs to reduce the amount of heat produced. These LED lights utilize an extruded aluminum housing that incorporates an advanced heat radiating design which dissipates heat efficiently to produce the maximum amount of power and longevity from the integrated Cree XLamp® Emitters. Voltage Control: These units are able to monitor and adjust input current to maintain the correct LED voltage levels regardless of input levels across a specific range. These LED10W series LED lights can operate on current ranging from 9 to 50VDC without any modifications necessary as a result. This multi-voltage capability makes these units ideal for mobile and standalone applications such as those found on commercial boats, heavy equipment and vehicles where power systems don’t always operate with 12 volts and external generators, transformers or inverters are impractical. Durability: The LED10W series of LED light bars from Magnalight also offer IP68 rated construction that is designed to withstand extremes of environmental and operating conditions. These units can withstand frigid temperatures, are waterproof to three meters and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The CREE XLamp® LEDs offer resistance to shocks and vibrations and are rated at 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours of use. Mounting: This particular unit is designed to for mounting on tubular rails and frames like those used with bicycles and ATVs. The included mounting system can be opened from .8 to 1.2 inches wide, allowing it to fit a variety of handlebar and frame sizes. The mounting system securely clamps to rails and prevents movement of the lamp once secured. This mounting system allows the light to be adjusted through a variety of positions to allow precise aiming and control of the light beam. The included coil cord ends in a 2 pin Deutsch connector and allows the unit to be easily and securely connected to either the battery pack or other alternative power source if desired.
