The Model 325 is a dual-channel cryogenic temperature controller for diode, RTD, and thermocouple sensors, operating down to 1.2 K. It features two independent PID control loops: a 25 W DC current output for 25 Ω or 50 Ω heaters and a 2 W variable DC voltage output (0-10 V on 50 Ω, 0-5 V on 25 Ω). Sensor inputs support current reversal to eliminate thermal EMF errors and are factory-configured for diode/RTD or thermocouple use. The unit includes IEEE-488 and RS-232C interfaces, a 2-line LCD display, and operates with 24-bit resolution. It is housed in a half-rack enclosure measuring 216 mm × 89 mm × 368 mm and weighs 4.00 kg.
The Model 325 dual-channel cryogenic temperature controller is capable of supporting nearly any diode, RTD, or thermocouple temperature sensor. Two independent PID control loops with heater outputs of 25 W and 2 W are configured to drive either a 50 Ω or 25 Ω load for optimal cryocooler control flexibility. Designed with ease of use, functionality, and value in mind, the Model 325 is ideal for general-purpose laboratory and industrial temperature measurement and control applications.
