The 4211PA51H01800 is a fabric-over-foam EMI gasket from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide effective electromagnetic interference shielding. It features a conductive fabric wrapped around a soft polyurethane foam core, ensuring low surface resistivity of less than 0.07 Ω/,ñ°, which contributes to its excellent conductivity. The gasket is UL 94V0 rated and halogen-free, complying with RoHS standards, making it suitable for various applications. This gasket can be customized with different cross-section profiles, including rectangle, D, C, P, T, knife, and bell shapes, and can be further tailored through die-cutting or notching. It is available with either conductive or non-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) options, and can be equipped with an Extended Release Liner (ERL) for ease of application. The gasket maintains its electrical performance even after extensive use, showing minimal degradation after 1,000,000 cycles. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 to 70 °C, making it versatile for various environments.
